Grayson Park, Leland, North Carolina

Grayson Park, a community built by Stevens Fine Homes in Leland, North Carolina, has weathered the housing market storm and emerged stronger than ever.

Building began in 2007, and the community now consists of five neighborhoods: Parkside, Brighton Village, The Villas, Wynchase and, the most recent addition, Reunion, which was sold out in phase 1 shortly after lots went on the market in March 2011. Construction for phase 2 got underway in September 2011.
